"As a general rule, people, even the wicked, are much more naive and simple-hearted than we suppose. And we ourselves are, too"
Fyodor Dostoyevsky, the brothers Karamazov
Hate for hate, blood for blood, death for death -I think it have been enough for we humans. We have faced eye openers like 9/11, US invasion in Afghanistan and Iraq and I hope no more to come. Darkness can't drive out the darkness, only light can and hate can't stand hate, only love can. Cynical people like Osama and Bush have made enough fool of both west and Islam. Problem is same with both men take things personal .Bush may seems more reasonable to me because he shaves his beard like me. Lets have a small quiz.... it's a general knowledge question. Who created and nurtured Taliban. I think every body knows this. You are right; America the superpower did that with support of a dictator of Pakistan. Thumbs up to shortsightedness General Zia! Charity shows were organized there in America to raise funds to nurture Taliban (undercover Al-Qaeda).We are not so simpleton to believe that America didn't know about that. Just to prove her dominance US pushed Russia out of Afghanistan. Their think tanks may have failed to decide the future of Taliban. Seems weird! During the anti-Soviet jihad Bin Laden and his fighters received American and Saudi funding. Some people even believe that Bin Laden himself was trained by CIA. Then why both CIA and Osama make move to kill innocent people. They shouldn’t misguide the innocent people. How come we believe that CIA fails to get plot of 9/11 from Mr. Missouri -an Al Qaeda member arrested just before 9/11.
Biasness shown by both Muslims and westerners has exacerbated the conflict. Both sides need to accept their own involvement. Islam has been distorted by Muslims themselves and Westerns make their vows contradictory by their actions. Imagine a young living in a shack of Afghanistan. His life is his entire family and mud brick home. Suddenly American jets appear from the horizon and unleash havoc. Without any justification and without the maze of reasoning his whole world gets vanished. Bodies of his family are littered in ruins of his sweet home .What would he think about Mr. Bush and west, guess! Scene changes, a 60 year American housewife is enjoying her life sitting in front of T.V watching NBA championship. Breaking news appears on her screen. US embassy in Saudi Arabia has been hit by suicide bomber. It’s of utmost concern for her as her sons works there. Among dead bodies she traces her son. Oh my God! What she would think of Osama and Muslims.
In the above depicted scenes irony is that Osama represents Muslims and Bush represents the whole west. People on both sides have perceived the other side wrong. Differences are there but certain conspirators on both sides are trying to flare up the scenario. These are people like clerics like Mullah Omer and people like Greet Wilders .Conflicts are to be resolved. Reasonable Muslims know that religions are like rives they only get united with other rivers, rivers don't fight they enjoin. It’s not as simple as we all think about this all. Even some Muslim and western leaders are involved in this all carnage.
To show the pettiness of Mr. Bush and his establishment I would like to refer to cite some lines of a book “The Way of the World: A Story of Truth and Hope in an Age of Extremism” by Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Ron Suskind."
President Bush committed an impeachable offense by ordering the CIA to to manufacture a false pretense for the Iraq war in the form of a backdated, handwritten document linking Saddam Hussein and al-Qaeda, an explosive new book claims.
To further reveal the gruesome face of Bush I would like to cite words of another book. Book is written by former White House press secretary Scott McClellan, titled “What happened: Inside the Bush White House and Washington’s Culture of Deception.”
He writes “Over that summer of 2002, top Bush aides had outlined a strategy for carefully orchestrating the coming campaign to aggressively sell the war. . . . In the permanent campaign era, it was all about manipulating sources of public opinion to the president’s advantage.”
The former Secretary of State, Mr. Powell, had written, simply and candidly and without anger that "the world is beginning to doubt the moral basis of our fight against terrorism."
An another instance of involvement of US establishment is obvious .An ex-Republican congressman from Michigan, Mark Deli Siljander lobbied for a charity that sent funds to al-Qaeda and Taliban supporter Gulbuddin Hekmatyar.
In his lecture after receiving the Noble Prize in Literature in 2005 Harold Pinter RIP spoke these words:"The invasion of Iraq was a bandit act, an act of blatant state terrorism, demonstrating absolute contempt for the concept of international law." "How many people do you have to kill before you qualify to be described as a mass murderer and a war criminal? One hundred thousand?".
Dr. Maliha Lodhi has given a pragmatic roadmap in Harvard international review to stabilize the ever worsening conditions, especially in south Asia which is considered as hub of surging sedition against world peace.
“The main policy changes the United States needs to signal for a fresh start with the Muslim world are: a just resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; a broad accommodation with Iran to give Tehran a stake in regional stability; ending the US occupation in Iraq by an orderly withdrawal; a new, more realistic strategy in Afghanistan that separates al-Qaeda from the Taliban and focuses on building an effective Afghan army and security apparatus to enable foreign forces to eventually pull out from Afghanistan; and help to promote stability in Pakistan. These changes will enable the Muslim world to reform itself address the various deficits- in development and freedom- that continue to hold back progress for a quarter of the world’s people.”
Both Osama and Bush are shame for humanity. Both killed people for their personal ideas and gains. World is bleeding today of wounds inflicted by both of them. Their ideologies are wrong and totally personal to them. Quran says killing a man without any reason is like killing who humanity. Bush killed millions in Iraq and Osama is planning to beat his record. Who claims to be more reasonable will have to prove himself .Truth will be proved by actions rather than just altercation. Different views are to be listened rather than to destroy the opponent. We will have to stop this blame game and counter killing. Please come up with ideas you think about normalizing this all misunderstanding. How to change the views of fanatics who think that religion is the biggest war on earth. I would like to appreciate it if we all will try not to hurt anyone's emotions. I believe ardently that Solution will be there among us.
